Our Story
We’re a small family farm in south Louisiana, not too far outside of New Orleans. We’re building our farm from the ground up, using sustainable, organic principles, a lot of love, and a good dose of chaos.
We use sustainable practices - cover cropping, good bugs, a sprinkling of goat poop (thank you, Jasmine, Luisa, & Isabella!), a dose of composted manure from the cattle farm a few miles over, and plenty of love.
After a decade or so of farm dreaming, we made a leap in 2020. Since then, Farmer Dan has been hard at work learning everything he can about soil science, regenerative practices, beneficial insects, and compost. (He puts his background as a geologist to good use on all of this earth-y farm science!)
We love the beauty of flowers, and we love to share it with our community. It’s so wonderful to have that community on the Louisiana Northshore!
